I have lived in Arizona for almost 5 years, and attended Westford College for my Real Estate License. After I received my license I immediately jumped into the market and wrote a deal on a piece of land in the first week for 2.1 million dollars. My first year was very successful; I managed to secure Buyer Broker agreements with 5 of the top home builders in the valley. This was a very tough accomplishment due to the nature that it is very hard to get a nationwide builder to sign a contract to one agent to find them land. Another important milestone is that I managed to secure myself with contract to represent a custom builder on all of their transactions on land and their spec homes. Over the next 3 yrs, I have achieved the ranking of #8 residential REALTOR® for the state of Arizona for the year of 2007 by Ranking Arizona Magazine. This award is a very tough award to receive because it is based on sales, clients input, client nominations, votes by other REALTORS®, and the general public. For the year 2008 I have been given the title of #1 Residential REALTOR® in the state of Arizona, by Ranking Arizona Magazine!!!
On May 28, 2008, I became a Designated Broker, and opened The Syndicate Real Estate Group, as well as Syndicate Signs & Designs, and Syndicate Sign Posts. All of these companies, I own, and started in order to strengthen myself in the real estate market.
